each week you dress 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 K, 2 Defenses, and either 1 WR or 1 RB
Scoring is fairly basic, but PK get added points as FG's get over 40 YDS.
QB's...Derek Anderson, Brett favre, Donovan McNabb
RB...Adrian Peterson, Laurence Maroney, Deuce McCallister, Chris Johnson (R)
WR... Wes Welker, Calvin Johnson, Bernard Berian, Jericho Cotchery

I am in 3 leagues....each one is at least a $100 entry....One we have been doing for 17 years
...but all 3 are start 2QB leagues. Does anyone else play 2QB? IMO, it is much more challenging, and much more fun than the mundane 1QB leagues.

Its very interesting, a lot of people out there are taking Adrian Peterson 1st overall. AP definitely has the bigger upside but Tomlinson is about as safe as it gets.

Just finished my draft...10 guys in it...I drafted 9th

My draft goes tonight.
14 guys, 25 picks. 10 Offense, 10 defense each week. The draft will be a grind.
We're talking making this league into a keeper - are people using Yahoo and manually doing some of your rules, or what site do you use to run it?

Had the draft. What a marathon. I picked first overall (which, me being the commish, raised a few eyebrows), but with a 14 team league it is an awful long wait from the first pick to the 28th.

We've used this one for years now.
Its a bit expensive but man it is so easy to use and they do all the work.

Hmmm I draft 3rd out of 8.
I don't like that position at all. After the top 2, I feel like it's a crapshoot from 3-7.
Starting QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, WR/RB, K, TE, DEF
6 points TD(all), 1 point for 25 passing yds, 15 receiving yds, 10 rushing yds
Addai
Maurice Jones Drew
Parker, W
Romo
Boldin
Holmes, S
Jones, T
McNabb
Cotchery
Dallas D
Scheffler
Jones, F
Burlseson
Seattle D
Bironas
What do ya think?

I finished 3rd last year. So have 3rd last in a 16 team keeper league. Can keep up to 5 players which is capped at the # of starters per position (1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE/K/DEF). With every protected player you lose a draft pick
Keepers:
Brady, Peterson, Barber, Moss, Cooley
Drafted Players:
Marvin Harrison, Chester Taylor, Bobby Engram - Terrible pick, James Hardy, Ray Rice, John Carlson, Trent Edwards, Adam Vinateri, Bills D
Starting Lineup:
Brady, Peterson, Barber, Moss, Harrison, Cooley, Vinateri, Bills
I am super stoked about the team...only bad pick was Engram...

I've been in a keeper for about 9 years now, have never won but came in 2nd 2 season running. It seems that my best games were in the semi-finals, and just came up short in the Championship Games.
We used FFLM, but switched to MFL this year. It's great! Check out my roster. I am the Calgary Boomers.

Our commish for my league at work thought it would be fun to have 30 seconds between picks for our draft Thursday night. Thankfully my indecision led to autopicks of Joey Galloway and Vince Young. I can live with those. Some of my opponents weren't so lucky!
I'm not going to post my team...it's virtually identical to my CP team!

You could use a better QB. Anderson was horrendous in the preseason. He could be coming back to reality. I'm not sure Eli has the weapons to be a great fantasy QB. Other than that, given your pending roster moves, you'd have to be pretty pleased with that as an auto-draft!

What does everyone think of Marc Bulger as a viable starter at QB? Philip Rivers?
I'm pretty strong at RB (Peterson, Graham, Young, Williams) and awesome at WR (Owens, Edwards, Boldin), but those two guys are my QBs. Am I gonna be OK?

I think I will ride Anderson out, if he stumbles, I might try and trade Tony Gonzalez for a QB (assuming my waiver pickup of Heath Miller works out).
I don't like Bulger, at all. Rivers is a good backup as well. The only guy available in my league in free agency is Kitna, who might not be bad with the recent Rudi Johnson pickup. But I just hate the Lions....

Not bad. I think Gore is going to be a monster this season. Look what Mike Martz offense did for Marshall Faulk and Priest Holmes, although the Rams and Chiefs had a lot better O-lines. I drafted him second in my league, we get 1 point for a reception, so an RB that catches a lot of balls is very valuable.
Anderson could be a problem if he hasn't fully recovered from his concussion.

The fact that 2 RB are required, plus 2 positions where a RB can start meant that I wanted to get as many RBs as I could. Plus, any QBs worth picking early were gone by the time my 2nd round pick came, and by the time the 4th round came back, I figured it was a crap shoot anyways.
