Apparently you can make them custom here.

I've seen them at Champs at Chinook. They had all the Canadian teams.

What they sell for? I have a feeling their $40 runners marked up double just for the logo. RBK are crap usually.

Mine were $100. I have no issue with RBK. A good solid quality shoe. Keeps out the water and very comfortable.
