And here's one that just came to me... Turner and Hooch. I'll watch that movie any day of the week because that dog is so f'n cute. The scene where he's running down the dock and his jowls are flapping... Pure gold.

The Notebook makes me cry because yeah it was so much like my grandparents. If anyone has seen "Away From Her" -- directed by Sarah Polley, that is also a really great one about dementia and growing old.

Showdown in Little Tokyo or The Most Gay Hollywood Action Movie Ever.
"Just in case we get killed, I want to tell you that you have the biggest dick I've ever seen on a man."
Music and Lyrics. Not a terrible movie in any sense, but it's just so average in many ways, and yet I happen to love it so so much. I seriously considered buying the soundtrack. (Might still.)
Blade (only the first one)
Catwoman (and no it's not just about the S&M gear)
all romantic comedies, especially teen romantic comedies

I love that movie! My favorite scene is when they are singing "I Will Survive" and doing the Electric Slide in jail.
There was a lot of Batman movies on the last few weeks leading up to the release of the Dark Knight and I think I watched Batman and Robin like three times in the last two weeks. Such a terrible movie, but my sister and I watch it whenever it's on and laugh ourselves silly everytime.
And I forgot how much I enjoy Deep Blue Sea, it was on Showcase on Sunday afternoon, but I didn't get to finish it because we were going out for dinner. Now I have to go rent it.

Deep Blue Sea is a good one....the Sam Jackson kill is one of my favorite scenes ever!! He's giving this big inspirational speech, the emotional music in the background, and BOOM.....shark jumps outta the water and grabs him in his jaw and pulls him under water......blood squriting...MASSIVE....and to boot, the two sharks share Sam Jackson, I mean, one rips off part of the body from the other sharks jaw. AWESOME!!! Whenever Deep Blue Sea is on TV, I make sure to wait out for that scene.

'Kay I was thinking guilty pleasure as in if the movie's on at 11:00 PM on TV, I'll still stay up and watch it even though I've got to be up at five. Then I lie to my wife and tell her I came to bed late because I felll asleep on the couch... Wasn't thinking of 'bad movies'=guilty pleasure or at least that was only half of it.
For those, I think that my choices of the Golden Child (blood porridge?? WTF) and Big Trouble in Little China (who is that old chinese guy? He was in every single asian themed move of the 80's as far as I can tell)
Others...
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (the 70's version with Donald Sutherland...)
Conan the Destroyer
Legend
The Quick and the Dead
Slightly OT;
By the way, anyone ever seen Man Bites Dog. It'll never be on TV, but it's got the most bizarre premise ever. It's a comedy about a serial killer who's making a documentary about himself. In one scene he jumps out and gives a little old lady a heart attack and kills her. Then he says something like "Great way to save a bullet." It's about as black as black humour gets.

I have been trying to find a reasonably priced copy of this movie on the internet for a while, I keep forgetting to check ebay to see if its there, because I really dont feel like paying the $40 some odd that amazon wants for it brand new
Behind the mask: The rise of Leslie Vernon, uses the same mockumentary approach as well, Leslie Vernon is a wanna be villian, in the same ilk of Freddy Kreuger, Jason Voorhies and Mike Myers, and has a college filmcrew follow him around as he walks them through how his reign of terror will begin

that's Better Off Dead, and it's a 67 Camaro. Indeed, a classic car and a classic movie!

habby, my friend, you are absolutely correct, how could I get that car wrong. speaking of which, 67 Camaros z28's are quite the rarity. only some 600 built. bet that car is worthy a pretty penny.

Geez no love for Underworld? Kate Beckinsale in tight leather?
I still don't know what the plot of that movie is, because the only reason I sit through the entire thing is to perv on this:
I'd also admit to watching Blue Crush when it's on.......but I'd feel funny about saying it.

What about The Dark Crystal? That movie gave me nightmares as a kid...
In fact, that photo still creeps me out. But I still watch it if it's on TV.

That was an outright terrifying movie when I was growing up. I remember a scene where the Skekses (I think they were called) drained the life essense from a Gelfling with the crystal making him a slave, not only was the effect really disturbing, but the Skeksis cackling as they drank this essense gave me nightmares.
I remember there was one Skekses I think its name was Chamberlain and he ended up betraying the Gelflings but he was just so evil and dark and slimy.
Cool scene, one of the Skekses gets cut on the hand and one of his counterparts on the good side ends up with the same cut.
Very cool and under rated movie. Probably not a puppet show for kids.
