Magpies are annoying, but I'd rather put up with them than the smell of decaying whatever, which is what their job in nature is to clean up. Not sure if pigeons have any use whatsoever, perhaps they're garbage birds, too.

Kill all crows! I went to a school on the ocean growing up, and the extremely sick kids would feed the seagulls drano sandwiches because they swarmed the schoolyard at lunch like a scene from The Birds. Not that I'm suggesting that.

This is Monty Python's mosquito hunting two-minute clip of beauty. I think you could apply the same techniques to magpies and exterminate them quite nicely. I highly recommend it. Oh and video it please and post it
