Stampede Breakfasts/Lunches

Well its that time of year again....

So does anyone have a good list of the freebie meals out there this stampede week?

I am specifically interested in the Petro-Canada and Sunlife lunches downtown, those are usually pretty good ones.

Anyone have a schedule?

Yeah I did the google thing and found most of the links that have been shared here so far. None had the info on the real good ones, like the lunches at SunLife and Petro, or the breakfast at 5th avenue place. (usually on the last friday of stampede) I was hoping that someone in one of those buildings may have some specific times/info.
