Such a letdown for Novak, I love watching him play despite the 18 ball bounces before each serve.

Tough break for Dancevic today, it would be nice to see him get a run going soon.

Dont' like him and his 18 bounces. I've always loved the madman Safin!

Was just going to mention that...

But I'm sure it'll do wonders for his confidence beating a top ten seeded player in the first round. I think Dancevic has a great deal of potential. I know he has some back and wrist problems, but hopefully he'll be able to overcome his injuries and become a top 50 player for Canada.

Buh-bye, Sharapova. Bounced by Alla Kudryavtseva, yet another young Russian.

I'm so out of the loop this year. When are the matches on TV, and what channel?

It baffles me how Roddick is still 6th in the world. It seems like he goes out early every single grand slam. Can someone explain how he is still so highly ranked? Does he doe really well in small tourneys?

I think he wins every hardcourt tournament in the US in July and August only to crash out in the US Open.

I was wondering that myself.

http://sports.yahoo.com/ten/players/...AucUQHWjc4v7YF

He won Dubai and the SAP this year. But he's made it to the third rounds and further in every tourny he's played this year (sorry for the poor grammar) minus today's effort at Wimbledon.

Blake has always had a lot of potential. Unforunately, I don't see him winning a Grand Slam. I think his best chance was that amazing game with Agassi a few years back at the US Open (I forget if that was the Semis or Quarters). It's probably one of the best matches I've ever seen. Blake is strong in three set matches, but struggles in five setters. That has always hindered him from getting to the next level.

So lets see:

#3 Dorkovic.......oops Djokovic is out
#4 Davydenko is out
#6 Roddick is out
#7 Nalbandian is out
#9 Blake is out

So other then #1 Federer and #2 Nadal, only #5 Ferrer and #8 Gasquet remain among the top 9 seeds after 2 rounds. Pretty much set up for another Federer-Nadal final.....what do you know?

"I don't like her outfit," Kudryavtseva said. "It was one of the motivations to beat her."

What a weird post-match comment (edit: from the chick that bounced Sharapova today).

Here's the outfit in question:

It's supposed to look like a tuxedo. I guess it was especially designed for Sharapova.

Unbelievable match between Andy Muray and Richard Gasquet with the local boy winning, coming back from 2 sets down to win the match just before twi-light.

The Brits went absolutely nuts.

Roger beats Safin in straight sets to make it to the Wimbledon finals for the sixth year in a row.

Would love to see a Federer/Nadal final. I think if it is, Raf might be the favourite even on grass

You got your wish. Nadal won in straight sets in the semis over Rainer Schuetler.

Federer/Nadal in the finals on Sunday.
