Azure, sorry man but you're wrong. The dispatcher told him not to go outside, to stay in his house and wait for police to arrive. He said no, went outside and confronted the burglars. He should be in jail.

Yeah, I'm going to believe what the 911 recording said, and not what was said in the court. I think this could also be a case of the jury thinking, "Well good, it's just a couple illegal immigrants. We don't want them here anyway." I think that may have contributed to the verdict he received, being as he lived in redneck Texas.

C'mon guys, I can't believe everyone is overlooking the obvious...he was acquitted because the people he killed were drug dealing illegal immigrants and the people of texas could give a shiat if two "drains on society" were offed.

Aaaah, the good ol' US of A. Where you can shoot and kill people without breaking any laws. Remember, its not guns that kill people. It's idiots with guns that kill people. Of course, with the ilks of O'Reilly, Hannity and Limbaugh out there, this guy will be become a southern hero for the great unwashed down there. Human behavior scares me.
