Just finished watching, 6 hour(3 part miniseries) just finished this last weekend. Basically a documentary on the history of manned space flight in NASA. Was pretty cool IMO.

Anyone else seen it yet?

Cosmos, by Carl Sagan? I got the whole series on DVD - still interesting 28 years later.

There are in fact 100 billion galaxies, each of which contain something like a 100 billion stars

The cosmos is all that is, or ever was, or ever will be

Yup all day Cosmos marathon!

It makes sense that its stood up as well as it has because it's as much philosphical as it is technical. Some of the details are more refined and expended on but at the base the stuff is likley, as, if not more relevant to the people today then it was back then. He really was ahead of his time..
