Telecommunication Costs: Am I paying too much?

I have no complaints about service, but I am wondering if there's a better "packaged" deal out there.

What I pay (rounded per month):

Telus High Speed Enhanced + 1 land line: $75
Telus Mobility: $56
Bell Express Vu: $69

So it comes to roughly $200/month for the works. I have no idea if this is comparable to most, a great deal or I'm getting hosed.

So about $244. But Dish is pre-paid for the year and I don't plan on re-newing it this fall. Bell I could also drop that easily enough too.

How in the heck did you get that shaw bundle? I pay $87.95 a month for Shaw Classic Cable + High Speed Internet (The 5Mbps one)
