Pretty easy, it's right at the corner of Northmout and Northmount.

It's just east of 14th st, where Northmout turns north, and what should be the continuation of it turns into Cambrian Drive.
Where the lights are, if you want to stay on Nortmount Drive (if you're heading East), you have to make a full on left turn to stay on Nortmount Drive.
