My girlfriend at 16 certainly wasn't trashy despite us having sex at that time...of course she's been my wife for 12 years now as well.
from my experience of being 16 years old at one time was that 16 year olds do far stupider things than having sex and getting pregnant.

Exactly. I was nailing the neighbour girl at that age, and all my friends were hitting up someone, or else wishing they were.
You people calling her trashy and whatnot are hypocritical a-holes.
As for Rome yesterday, it was one of few times I switched stations. Going on about how shes a role model for pre-teens etc. It is somewhat true, but it just annoys the hell out of me how much people love to revel in other people's problems.
I go back to my first point that she is at least facing up to it instead of getting it vacuumed out and denying that it ever happened.

It shows just how ineffective the United States plan of teaching abstinence is/was. It's much easier to teach safe sex than to try and stop what comes naturally to humans.

When that bastion of journalistic integrity, the National Enquirer, reported that Ms Spears was pregnant back in July they received the following letter from Ms Spears' lawyers:
Quote:
Ms. Spears is a devout Christian with a spotless reputation, who lives in accordance with the highest moral and ethical standards in accordance with her faith.
There is no “rumor” concerning Ms. Spears’ (non-existent) pregnancy, except perhaps for the baseless “rumor” just now being created by the National Enquirer.
Ms. Spears is not pregnant. It is pathetic for the National Enquirer to attempt to create a wholly baseless “rumor” that Ms. Spears is pregnant, so it can run a malicious story and false story which would be emotionally devastating to a morally upright 16 year old girl.

The things is, unless you know how old they are, it's almost impossible to know anymore. I was watching the movie RV with Robin Williams this morning, and thought his daughter in the movie was hot. I go to find out that the chick was only 17. And I'm 25.

Well I remember in 2004 when I was 24, Wayne's daughter sang at the Heritage Classic. I was like "Man, she's hot". Than I remembered she was probably born in 1989 (Janet was pregnant at the wedding) so she must've been like 15 at that time!!!

Only if we were in the USA my man. Us Canadian adults can roll with 14 year olds if we so desire.
And for the record, that is probably one of the worst laws on the books up here.
