Default Police to renew effort to tow johns' cars

They should have a full time unit that does nothing but keep these scum off the street year round, not just once every 6 months.

This is why I'm glad we're taking Fotze's car up to Edmonton next week.

This was discussed right around this time last year when the law first came into effect.

Did anyone's opinion on this change in the last year?

Do you have to pay the hooker extra if the car gets towed while you're in the back seat with her?

Legalized Prostitution FTW. There's always going to be a demand for this kind of activity. Why not clean it up, and make it legal?

Too bad there's absolutely nothing the police can do to totally curb this kind of activity.

Legalized prostitution would get it off the streets a hell of alot better then these once a year crack downs no?

But Jeez, what if legalizing it encourages more people to pay for sex?

There are things the police do that curb this activity such as the one mentioned in the article. If your point is that it would never end the practice, you are right. There are always people going to break the law no matter the punishment. But what kind of excuse is that? Because some people are going to do it we might as well not bother with it?

No, the problem with this is that it's a victimless act. The fact that it's illegal puts it in the hands on pimps and gangsters and creates the victims.

Yeah. What's with people paying for sex when all they really need to do is take a woman out for dinner and a movie to get laid...

Hey, I've always said the only differences between a hooker and an expensive date is efficiency and guaranteed returns.

People pay for sex all the time. It's called dating.

The only thing that seperates man from animal is that no matter what the circumstance, man always pays for sex.

You are so wrong it's not even funny. Victemless. OK. Not to mention that isn't what is being debated. This should not be going on in our communities where our children are.

This law isn't the offence of prostitution. It's about doing the act in our communities, on the streets, in alleys, in playgrounds and parks. If it was about prositution they would be going after the escort agencies aswell.
