Someone Hacked Into My eBay Account, Does Anyone Know Their Email Address?

Someone hacked into my account and changed the password so that I cannot get back in. I am worried that they may be using my credit card/PayPal info, and I need to get a hold of eBay. I can't send them a message through their website (because I have to be logged on to do that), so if anyone has an actual e-mail address or phone number that I can use to contact eBay, it would be much appreciated.
