I am personally waiting until about April/May next year.

That is about the time that America's Total War and Sins of a Solar Empire come out.

The only thing I am willing to puchase before that time is 2 * Dell 24" Wide screen, the lowest price I have seen so far is 699 back on June 14.

If they get below 600 then I am pulling the trigger.

With 600 quite a common sight for 24" from the budget manufacturers, I think there's a good chance you'll see the 2407HC's from Dell go sub-$600 in during this Days of Dell sale or the Xmas one.
