FS: House in Sunnyside - moving - must sell!

Hey All,

We have a great house in Sunnyside and we are about to move overseas so we need to sell it ASAP. We tried WeList for a bit but didn't get much action so we are planning to list with a realtor at the end of next week. I figured I should post a quick note here first as we would obviously be very open to offers (especially before there are realtors fees involved). Here is the link:

The location is amazing. We are right on Memorial Dr, across from the river and Prince's Island Park. We have a great view of the river and downtown. It is a 5 minute walk to Prince's Island Park and 10 mintes to downtown. I used to work in Bankers Hall and the walk is great. If I were staying in Calgary I would absolutely stay in this house. The glassed-in front veranda blocks any traffic noise from Memorial Dr.

The interior is gorgeously done; kudos on keeping the historic character of the place. Great looking house. I walk by this one all the time and always wondered what it looked like inside. Being right on Memorial isn't ideal, but other than that the location is great; we're just over on 5a and price-wise this seems to be in keeping with what similar houses in the neighbourhood are going for. Best of luck with finding a buyer.
