I really think it is Evander Kane. He is all of a sudden having a great season but has had some off-ice issues hasn't he? Maybe Buffalo is looking to sell high. I would not mind Kane at all and would really like to see him on a line with Tkachuk and Bennett.
Tkachuk-Bennett-Kane --> That would be a hard to play against line especially if Bennett brings his "mean" game back.
He's fast, he's a very good forechecker, and he's a complete a-hole. I'd love to see Kane. I think Bennett needs a better winger to help him generate offense, and Kane could be a great fit.

I think that Kane has probably priced himself out of Calgary. Risky to give up top prospect and high picks for a guy with his history
Ew. He's back with the yotes right? Is this a "with our powers combined, we will be a playoff team!" Kind of thing? Because thatd be bad. How about Duclair? Seems the ARZ GM is a bit of a wild man...
Wills says Vrbata... (which sounds like speculation)
I don't think he realizes Vrbata has bonus overage implications.
I also just don't like it. If people are concerned about Iggy's speed (which is silly), they should watch Vrbata. They play at nearly the same pace, which I'd say is more than comparable to Versteeg/Brouwer.

Evander didn't want to play in Winnipeg, what makes Calgary any better? Although Buffalo probably falls under the same category in terms of "desirable destination".
$250k if his team makes the playoffs and $250k for each round of the playoffs his team plays in.
For a team like the Flames who have used their LTIR cap space and will have bonus overages (barring moving significant salary out), that is up to $1.25 million that will be charged to next year's cap.
