Montreal Smoked Meat and Poutine at Alberta King of Subs. The best.

As for the Hatin in Peters, they defiinitely changed their burgers a while back (after it was sold), and they aren't as good as they used to be, but it's still pretty awesome to get a deliciously saucy burger, a shoebox of fries, and whatever kind of milkshake my random number generator spits out that day. Go Peters!

It's just like all of these "designer poutines". Poutine is fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy. These places need to eff right off with the pulled pork/shaved beef/whatever else poutines.

Any of the specialty rolls at The Sushi Club in Kensington. My favorites are the prosciutto mango roll and the sunkissed roll.
Another tip, they get their fish orders on Tuesday and are often sold out of any specialty sashimi that they received by the weekend, so try to get there mid-week if possible.

Another from me would be the Breakfast Burritos at the Belmont. The perfect mix of egg/shrooms/peppers/cheese and sausage. May not sound like much, but somehow it is head and shoulders above other breakfast burritos I've had. Must be in the ratios.

Yes, everyone talks about their favourite butter chicken, but I honestly have to give props to Delhi Darbar. Their butter chicken is amazing.

I'll second #6 on the original list - Mogo at Safari, especially with a Tusker.
As for 75 Tastes of CP, I'll go with something non-exotic:

Not sure if this counts because it's not a single food item and it changes every day, but for my money, the best dining experience in Calgary is...
Chef's Tasting Menu with Matching Wine Pairings at Rouge ( http://www.rougecalgary.com/)
