Chris Johnston @reporterchris
Sean Monahan leads the NHL's 2013 draft class with 68 goals and is second to Nathan MacKinnon (142) in points with 129.

So Nakladal is a right shot as well. If Brodie is out next game (knock on wood) I'd like to see

Gio-Hamilton
Russell-Engelland
Smid-Nakladal (Czech duo)

THat's definitely part of it. One thing I've noticed though is his breakout pass is so much more accurate this year. I believe he must have spent the whole offseason working on his clears because where they'd always hit skates last year, they're tape-to-tape this year.

Jooris has been OK, but the subtraction if Granlund is notable this game

Hah. Sam learned from his own penalty. Feel the stick on your stick - drop it.

This is the team treliving envisioned when he looked at the final roster to start the year.

If Mony gets five points tonight, how many toasters does the Safeway Score n'Win winner get?

Great set up by Hudler. Finding his game, good for us, good for scouts.
