I'm a wee bit concerned about the cut I gave myself with a bread knife on Sunday. While it stopped bleeding after about an hour, my finger was pretty swollen and it took me a couple of days to regain a full range of motion. But I'd been keeping a band aid on it and it seemed to be healing even though it's right on one of the winkles on my knuckle.

So today I go to the gym for the first time since I cut myself. Do an hour on the elliptical, get changed and when I'm walking through the place to leave my finger feels wet. When I take a look I discover that my finger is leaking pretty well.

Fortunately, there was a paper towel dispenser right beside me and I'm hoping no one noticed that I've got a couple of red fingers. I'm walking back to the change room so that I can clean up a bit and only notice a couple of drops of blood on the floor, which I wipe up, so I'm thankful that it hadn't been bleeding for that long and that I'm wearing black pants and jacket. It's 45 minutes later and there's still a little blood coming out of the cut.

Can working out really cause cuts to start bleeding again?

I think the new Guns N Roses single "Better" is great. Way better than the first single.

I'm pretty disappointed that I can't get a pair of tickets to Flames @ Leafs... I was hoping to be able to watch them at the ACC... damn

If something is meant for use for either a boy or a girl, why is it called "Uni-sex"?

Shouldn't it be called "Bi-sexual"?

Didn't think it was worthy of its own thread but I just read on Yahoo that there is controversy over whether or not Tintin is gay.

I've seen (and worn) more vomit in the past five days than in my previous 35 years...

Does the fact that Porkins is a huge fatty mean that his X-Wing is slower than everyone else's? What are the physics behind this?

Why don't they make kids gloves with pull ties at the wrist?

What's the deal with the CP Hockey League? I am guessing that it is some sort of simming game where you choose your teams, act as GM then a computer spits out results based on your roster strength or some sort of whacky simulation.

That whole subforum has always been a mystery to me.

DO you mean the March 14 game? I was thinking of heading up to Toronto for this, but hadn't even looked into tickets?

Where have you tried?

Tickets for the ACC are typically tough to come across.

You'd think STH would take whatever they could get for the worthless things.

Yes, the March 14th game.

I know I can get them at Stubhub and Ticketnow... but ticketmaster, regular priced tickets you will never get unless they're singles.

Oh, that sucks, I remember last time I was on in December they said they would be on sale in January, but I forgot to check back.

So are they even more expensive on those resale sites?

It's going to cost me enough to go to Toronto, let alone pay inflated prices for the tickets, since there will be 4 of us. Was kind of thinking a weekend in Toronto would be nice though.

I guess I will have to be happy with the Mar. 12 game in Detroit, which I am planning to go to.

Yeah, the cheapest on those Resale sites are at least $100 each...
