Witty, I don't know if it'll work for you, but it works for me... but just driving around aimlessly really helps to clear my head and focus...

oh they piss me off!!! If I'm angry and need to calm down I drive on roads where not many people are...
I got honked at yesterday by an older woman because I waited 1 second to move when the light went green... then I had to wait for couple of people to cross the street... and she honked at me while they were still crossing... She pissed me off so much... the honking was completely unjustified.

Would have been a viable solution... too bad by the time I got to my tire iron she would have figured out and gone around... I keep it the trunk
