There’s a doc, I think it was on Netflix at one time, all about Waco, it was fascinating. Or maybe it was the Ok Bomber doc because he was influenced by Waco? I forget. But there’s docs on both and they’re really good.

Sparkling endorsement. Well? Which one was it? Because now I'm interested but I dont want to have to hunt it down myself.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

I think you might be thinking about the Oklahoma City documentary (titled "Oklahoma City"). I thought it was very well done. If anyone is interested in the whole Waco Texas affair, I would also suggest checking out the documentary Ruby Ridge (also on Netflix).

I just finished watching the Waco mini-series as well and enjoyed it. They made Koresh far more sympathetic than I think could possibly be warranted, but even still, I can't help but think that the worst actors in this entire affair were the ATF and FBI.

Now that I’ve googled it, I think I watched both, Ok city first and then the Ruby ridge doc.
Both PBS developed. Episodes 4 and 5.
Ok city is feature length. Ruby ridge was an hour.
Oh definitely. But I see him more as a product of his age in that regard. I mean he had already retired by this point and image as a style idol had passed, and check all the extra fabric at the 2003 Draft haha..those were crazy style times.

I could be wrong, but didn’t the ATF lose their right to have a tactical arm after Waco?
"Netflix vs. The World" was an interesting documentary on the story of the rise of Netflix and the eventual demise of Blockbuster and how that all transpired.
Ironically, I dont think its on Netflix, but I havent looked so I cant say.
I just thought it was really interesting watching the creation and evolution of Netflix from something that started in the Conference room of an Airport Best Western to what it is now and the thought processes of the people involved along the way.
Also seeing the interviews with the Blockbuster side of things was intriguing, there were some people who saw the writing on the wall and had some ideas that really could have worked to save Blockbuster because at the time they had a lot of advantages and resources that, if appropriately focused, could have changed the landscape entirely but it really ended up as the Giant Beast that goes extinct amidst an evolving environment.
Check it out.

I'm loving Sunderland till I Die right now. Love that it's a sports documentary that's as focused on the fans as it is on the players and club. Sure makes me miss sport.

Its really well done. It makes you care for a town and a lower-tier club while giving you a better understanding of what the rest of the sport and its fans go through.
On that note though CP is also well represented via our Official Small Club 'Tranmere Rovers' as a former Rover plays for Sunderland.
And it is none other than....#20 in your programs but #1 in your hearts....MAX POWER!!!

Nice. I couldn't believe it when I got to the last episode and all of a sudden Sunderland has a guy named Max Power on the team. How was that not a bigger part of the series?

You also have to give his parents serious props. Their last name was 'Power' and they knew they had to name their kid Max.
