People want perfection in something that is impossible to perfect. Our laws allow
police to conduct their jobs with force, the threat of force, and the threat of legal action. As a result, there will inevitably be some cases where an officer is unable to make a judgement call in the heat of the moment.
Unless we plan on asking
police officers to only use the power of rhetoric when enforcing law and order, you can expect some cases of excessive force.
Police training in our country is exceptional, and so is the sytem of checks balances that tries to prevent and address these cases.
