No not these days.
Because of the recent violence many recommend against traveling south of the border to Tijuana. Though some say it is isolated to those involved in the drug-war.
Just an aside. Of course there are many great Mexican restaurants here but if you are looking for something fast two excellent places are Rubios and Chipotles. Try the fish tacos at Rubios.
