Wow Michael was just over the top annoying today. He's become really great at making people watching the show feel really uncomfortable.
There's a massive confrontation coming between Michael and the Kathy Bates character.

I love seeing awkward selfish Michael. When it's so bad you just wanna hide your face behind a pillow. (gay witch hunt anyone?)
Also I think it makes the soft moments and actual enlightened ones meaningful

I remember the episode where he had the argument with that new regional manager and started doing the whole imitation thing like we used to do when we were a kid. It was brilliantly filmed and you felt like you were in the office watching this fight and wishing that you weren't seeing it because it wasn't Michael at his best.
He does a great job of making you feel really uncomfortable.
His interaction with Kathy Bates when she finally turned around and told him to stop made me feel really embarrassed for the character.
When they were singing Cats in the Cradle in the office I busted a gut.

Dwight came in and Jim told him it was quad desk. Dwight pointed out that there were only three desks.
Then dwights phone rang, and Jim had set up dwights desk under the quad desk.

I setup The Office to record 1 minute early and 2 minutes late, I was sick of missing scenes.

Yeah I should do that too. Sometimes I'll catch the end of The Office at the start of 30 Rock. But if I set it up this way and if I'm watching a Flames game... one of the three gets bumped.
