Human Foot sent to Tory Headquarters

Police have given a small update to the story, they think it may be related to a torso found in Montreal this morning. They have also found another body part in a box

This story has gone from bizarre to very concerning. It's fun to make jokes but we could have a seriously deranged killer on the loose here. This sounds like the plot line of a Dexter episode, crazy.
