I'm gonna guess that you only get to 10 before the people at Wendys kick you out to avoid risking a lawsuit if you suffer mystery meat poisoning.

Kevan, tonight and tuesday, expanding your stomach will be key.
Drinking lots and lots of fluids (i'm talking so you are p*ssing every hour or so) will really help you keep things down.
As well, Diet sodas with the burgers, you don't need any empty calories from regular coke filling you up.

I'm guessing no more than 19. Not because you were too full, but because the processed cheese creates a gag reflex so strong you never step foot in Wendy's ever again without dry heaving.
If you can eat more than 20 and suppress the gag reflex I have a woman I want you to talk to (and possibly tutor).
On a side note, I had a friend who tried to do 144 doughnuts in 12 hours. Maybe you could try that one next week???

I'd have some sort of carbonated drink instead of water. Just when you feel full...a nicely timed swig of pop and a burp gives your stomach and brain the illusion that you can cram a couple more down your gullet.
I would say close to 30 if you can eat a whole roast, but the cheese, bacon, and inevidtable end(strong) part of an onion will get you.

Wouldn't any carbonated beverage bloat him a little too much for the purpose of the mission?
I assume water would be the best drink for lasting power, though I'm not a biologist... or physicist

Well from what I know of KG he has the ability to be up for 24 hours quite easily. So I think he can pace himself to put back 21 of these things without puking them up. Of course he may want to hire a maid service to clean his bathroom a couple days later (or at least a different one than what he already uses for fear of losing their services).

I pledge a nickel for every burger that you eat KG. You can put the money towards that pink jacket you were shopping for awhile back.

This is hilarious.
I think it's a bit high, but I will go with 31.
I am full after 4 of them. $1.39, you can't go wrong!
