Pretty self explanatory. Hulse represented all that was bad about the "Young Gun" Flames...... I still can't believe this guy made, let alone is still in, the NHL and not at Domo, jumping to the pump for you....

Well Pagal is simply my nickname, meaning 'crazy' in most indian dialects. 4321 is a very random addition to it all!

Mine is pretty straightforward. It is the name of my all time favourite player and most under-rated Flame ever.

Skyceman
Sky because of a nickname I was given relating to my size.
Take the "I" from sky and bang it onto "ceman" and you get "iceman" which relates to ice hockey.
I put the name together one afternoon because I needed a chat name as a GM in Russ's Thunderpuck league. That was many years ago and now I mainly use skyce for short for most online games and forums.

The Man, The Myth, The Legend
And forget about what Jiri says, Kevan Guy is the concensus pick for most under-rated Flame ever.

Well my name simply means "Family", but with an Italian punch to it. I'm representing my team the Flames, as being like a family, with a little bit of my Italian heritage to spice it up. As well all my friends believe I have Mafia connections for some odd reason, and there always asking when am I calling up the Familia.....so there we have it!

Daradon was a character in a group of stories I wrote and was very popular with the people who read them. Some contend (and are probably right) that he was/is a bit like me, and thus has become a sort of alter ego, even rallying cry or someone to emulate.

monty_...nothing to do with Steve Montador actually. (However his goal in Game 1 vs. SJ was one of my favourite playoff moments) Just a nickname given to me by my friends on the Volleyball team back in high school.

In the Sin Bin
|
Along time ago, I thought it was kind of cool, and I have incredibly bad luck at times. Given snake eyes is usually bad luck in craps, it fit.
I've toyed with the idea of changing my online persona at times, but havent come up with anything better...

I am a card carying member of the Ville bandwagon jumpers, but as much as every player left it all out on the ice during the playoffs, I thought #24 stole the show.
We all know since getting traded to the Flames, he has come up with quotes unheard to the human ear. His grit, and goals durring the playoffs made me believe in the rest of the team. The Cujo and Pricess Vinnie hits were justified in my eyes, althought they cost the team a player and some time in the sin bin.
It is also a homage to my old TSN.ca chatroom name when I was, hold your breath, a Washington Capitals fan. I wish I had the distinction of being a die hard Flames fan since birth, but alas I cannot say that. My old nick name on the old chat room was Capsfan.
Put the two together and you get Villefan. I have also gone by Second Line Winger, cause I never thought myself to be good enough to be on the first line, and Jamieson, which I take great pride in it being my last name.
TRIVIA: My Grandpa had a building named after him in Edmonton. The Herb Jamieson Centre. Sound familiar? It's the same place that our Drunk-o Preimer Ralph Klein stopped by and ragged on some homeless people a few years back. It even made it, as a question, into the Trival Pursuit 20th Anniversary edition. R.I.P. Herb.

I wanted a cool name that had something to do with fire and I remember making a fake Flames magazine cover called "Inferno" as a project for Corel Draw in college so I decided to use Inferno.

Mine is in homage to my dad who emigrated from Scotland to Canada in '67 and, although his name is Bill, got called "Scottie" by EVERYONE (as he tells it). Since I have been in Scotland since I was 3, I figure that if I moved to Canada, I'd be given the same nickname so I've pre-empted you all!!
It sort of also fits the idea of Scottie being down in the engine room of the Enterprise and me being a tech guy for this place.
The lower case "s" is just to see who's paying attention when they mention me in posts or whatever! Heh!

Well, my friends saw Old School and I have a lot of similarities to Will Farrells character, mainly getting really drunk and really naked. Although my name is not Frank, I also have many tank-like qualities as I am a rather large lad. My buddies saw the movie and that was that, it stuck instantly and I have kept the legend alive.

I know what you mean about the lowercase "s" mind you I naturally capitalize proper names, so I probably did/will still call you Scottie, and not scottie
my internet handled used to be "the Greatest" (and for those who get board and check out the junior board I sometimes post a link to *cough*cough* my handle there is still the same. I have the lowercase "T" just to see who's paying attention.
The story on that handle is that one day the editors of the high school newspaper were nagging me to write a coloum to fill the paper. I told them I was too busy, finally after a week of them bugging me I said "FINE I'LL DO IT!!! But it'll be on how GREAT I am" around the same time I started posting on messageboards and couldn't think of anything other than the name in my coloum. I've gravititated away from it now because well I've graduated a while ago, but still keep it on one board just cause it's tradition.
