I have one one on my nostril for seriously like a year! I cant get rid of it cause i obviously cant stop blowing/cleaning my nose!!!

Stop picking your nose!..
Take some lip balm or other vaseline-like substance and put it on there hourly for a couple days... should get rid of it.

If you can't thank a post from behind a proxy, you are doing proxies wrong. I'll suggest you learn TOR, or get the very handy and very easy firefox add on "Foxy Proxy".
Fwiw, this post and the thanks to the above (not thanks worthy) post was from a IP address in Kansas City, Mo. Not wherever the hell I am.
