I was thinking about starting a thread about fat.

But, that would probably turn people off. Considering 'fat' has gotten a bad name for over 40 years now. Too bad, considering there is absolutely no science behind the belief that saturated fat causes heart disease, or any other kind of disease....besides the skinny ailment that is.

A cooking tool beyond a simple egg poacher is too eggs like a Smith machine is too squats.

Not very effective....even if they advertise otherwise.

Weird, considering the guy who invented the Smith line of fitness equipment was one of the toughest human beings to ever live.

A glass of 'whole' ice cold milk I would hope.

Because 2% milk is like fat-free peanut butter. Really no point in buying it, because you're just getting ripped off.
