IDK about that man. Iv'e watched lots of Knights games and Marner is legit. He has similar offensive potential as Bennett.
I think Tkachuk will be a 50-60 point guy in the NHL. Like a JVR in T.O.

Between his offensive numbers and pretty skating, I am very interested in Luke Green. Where's he ranked? 2nd round?

Pierre Luc Dubious is having a heck of a Top Prospects game. I'd be very comfortable taking him 5th or 6th overall. Does it all.

He looks a little like Ryan Johansen, or is it me?

I could see Dubois launch himself up the rankings and possibly move up to #4 after Matthews and the Fins. Everyone can use a 6-3 two way center. Would be perfectly fine with the Flames taking him.

Thing I love about Dubois is reports are he plays all 3 forward positions. He is playing wing recently being centered by Svechnikov.
One Eagles fan mentioned he's similar to ROR in terms of versatility, just with much better offensive potential.

Looks good in this game tonight. We could use a big, puck holding, possession player in our lineup.

I've always thought that kids from the "Q" are a little harder to project, because the game out there is so different-more wide open offensively.
I like Dubois though, a little bit power, a little finesse. Very smart, and better yet-a good defensive player.

The "Q" where defense is optional.

I agree. That's why I'm a bit hesitant with Gauthier. Similar players like Mantha and Erne haven't made the smoothest transition to pros. It's very early however, plus they say those types take longer to develop so we'll see.

I like the fact that he pays attention to his defensive responsibilities like Brodie does, same basic size, not quite as good a skater. Good stick, good anticipation.

Plus with Gauthier, you got a guy with 33 goals and only 10 assists. I know how natural goal scorers work, but thats pretty unusual. Selfish and one-dimensional perhaps?

With an October birthdate Julien Gauthier is one of the older guys in the draft. Something to factor in.

I believe that the OHL (and I think even the WHL, but not quite as sure) has been out-scoring the QMJHL in the last couple of years. I might be mistaken, but those numbers are not far apart regardless now. It definitely used to be the case 10 years ago though.

That would be amusing to have Mr. Bean and the young Mr. Bean on D.
