Wow, listening to the radio this morning, sounds like there are ~1 hour line-ups at most every Denny's in the Bay Area.

I guess there's crazy cheap people everywhere - Silicon Valley non-exempt!!

Why do I get the feeling there's going to be a water reccession today? I wonder what happens when toilets all over North America flush at the same time. I guess we'll find out.

So I went for breakfast at Denny's this morning... The place wasn't even half full... Free and well... food, albeit not that good, but still free food... I went at like 10AM too..

If Denny's is always open, when do they ever clean?

Moons Over My Hammy - still makes me laugh.

I went, free food.

It wasn't really promoted in Calgary, with the Super Bowl feed being taken over by CTV. Plus most of the time, this is United States only, so that might have thrown off people.

Denny's pancakes taste like sawdust with syrup on them.

Not worth getting out of bed early for.

I don't think "free" anything is enough to convince me to go to Denny's. I'd rather shell out a few bucks and have a decent breakfast.

Pffffttt I'm a starving student 80% of my meals are 90% peanut butter. Free food to me is worth it's weight in gold. By the way I went this morning before class, no-line whatsoever in fact the place was half empty.

I wonder if all these people who turn their noise up have stood in line for a pancake breakfast?

I love Denny's!
24/7 breakfast, quality food at a decent price.
I would much rather go to a Denny's over Humptry's and such after the bar or in the AM.
To me Denny's is just that, an after the bar food or breakfast/brunch place.

Denny's used to be our old reliable after a night out. So so many of them have closed in SoFla.

I know what you're saying, but with Denny's being an international company, the pictures really help non-english speaking customers

Meh... eggs, pancakes, and bacon are pretty much the same anywhere you go.

Breakfast restaurants bore me.
