Old School baby. My friends saw it in the theatre and realized that I am the real life Frank the Tank. Streaking and all.
People who only know me casually through pick-up hockey and stuff actually call me Frank. My name is Jeff.

Like others, I had to think of something quick. I had a Vulcan motorbike at the time and Vulcan is the Roman god of fire, so that's it.

I'm from Saint John, and my real name is Adam; the reason i chose "flamesguy_sj" is because i was quite obsessed with the Baby Flames, so my friends dubbed me "flamesguy"...figured it was appropriate. I also had another name on here back a few years ago, but forgot the password, and had to re-join. This is the only forum I use this nick for...everywhere else I'm "Fusion_1285" because "Fusion" is my, er, wrestling name (dont ask) and 1285 are just random numbers.

Hmmm... I don't really remember how I came up with mine... I started off with SuPERFLY1031... Coming from superfly cartoons on joecartoon.com... then I went from that to SuPAHFLY1031... but on other sites... those are usually taken... in came SuPERFLY10311988... the series of numbers is my date of birth... Then... one day decided that... well... Since Superfly was invincible... he might as well be made out of steel (I know... but what do u expect... I was a kid back then and still am now) so in came STeeLFLY... but then steelfly was like... weird cuz some people was saying stuff like... so you got "steel in ur fly?" and that gets a little embarassing at times, so I changed it to STeeLy... the caps and lowercase don't mean anything... just... looks cool-ish

Oh yeah, shoestring Marketing.
I knew so little about the net that I registered in everything as shoestring. You should see the spam I get!

There are naturally a lot of users with Flame in there names so I thought I'd join in. I like comics so I chose a comic reference.
I have another user name that I'm always tempted to ask if I can switch to though.

Droopy (baseball nickname) + Drew (real name) + 19 (my jersey number in most sports as my favorite player is/was Stevey Y)
= droopydrew19
As for the Safari Stan label.... one Flames game Kevan Guy and I were at there was mascot hockey in the intermission.
Safari Stan from Petland couldn't even walk on the ice.
I yelled out "YOU SUCK.... SAFARI, STAN!" and the rest was history.

Pagal...my nickname in real life (means crazy). And so I'd use it for everything that needed a login name. But sometimes Pagal was taken. So thought the next easiest thing was 1234. Tried that...but then swapped it to 4321. Anddddd, my boring story is DONE!

I'm a Kobasew fan and a fan of Bobafett since I was little. Under the pressure of picking a name, combining them was all I could think of.

This name is one I've actually stopped using in recent years. I registered here right before I phased out the "86" on the end and then shortly after completely stopped registering under Blaster everywhere I went.
Blaster is the red tape deck from Transformers who I took quite a liking too. 86 was to circumvent the fact that "Blaster" was taken on most transformers boards.
I've now switched over to "Sociopathic Autobot" pretty much everywhere. It is just a roundabout way of using the moniker "Sunstreaker" who is also a Transformer.
