BJs trade Josh Anderson to the Habs for Max Domi + 3rd (78th OA)
Canadiens Montréal @CanadiensMTL
Canadiens acquire forward Josh Anderson in return for Max Domi and a third-round pick in 2020 (78th overall).

Don't hate this for either team, although I'd say it's a decent bit more risky for Montreal - not sure it will pay off though.
...and Montreal threw in a 3rd? Yikes, Montreal.

Such a weird deal for Montreal. If that is the price for Anderson, glad we didn't bite.
Why is Domi so under valued?
Edit: And a 3rd round pick too? Whoa.I would have thought Anderson would cost a 2nd max. Is Domi's value that low?

Habs fans are going to be irate that Domi wasn't worth two or three times this return. This is going to save some money for Montreal, and put some size on the RW, which was the goal.
I have the impression that with this and the Alzner buyout, Montreal is going for a big fish.
