I'll do some digging tonight.

I read an interview with his doctor where he was providing Benoit with a prescription for synthetic Testosterone to make up for his low levels.

When you take steroids for a long period of time, your testosterone production actually drops.

So when you go off of the steroids you see a lot of really unhealthy symptoms.

I agree with your logic, I was not aware that was confirmed by the police etc,,,,.

For example below is a quote from TSN

Looking at the tail of painkillers and anti-anxiety drugs in his system, his wife's system, and his kid system, it paints a picture of a doctor who was maybe giving out bogus prescriptions for narcotics.

But thats just a guess based around what we've read here.
