I would say you didn't make a bad choice.. it is things like navi that fail. It is one of those things it is not worth it until you need it.

Nope. A Mini Cooper is by far the gayest car, IMO.

The "gayest still-in-the-closet" car? A Ford Mustang.

Ermm.....

I beg to differ, considering my 200+ BHP MINI Cooper S with John Cooper Works bits has put a number of quick cars to shame...

I wasn't going to say anything, but I've met Ironhorse, and I'd say he's a long, long way from gay.

Just because of a couple points that Tim made. You have to be very careful about extras and they didn't give me ANYTHING. Most of the time, nowadays, you see some kind of incentive, whether it's a couple free accessories or some free oil changes, I didn't get a thing. I also got sucked in on the rust and paint protection and they incorporated it into the monthly fee, which I didn't want, I wanted to pay for it up front. Now I realize why and I feel pretty stupid for not seeing it before

I didn't get my car off the lot either. I was set on getting a certain color and paid more to get a certain color delivered to Calgary since there weren't any here in the city. I did get good trade-in value on my old car and I do have a 20-year (5-5-10) combined warranty with the new one, which is nice, but you would think if I was buying a brand new car, they would throw in a couple things for me, particularly since the cost was non-negotiable. It was exactly what the website said it would be, so it came as no surprise. Just realizing now I didn't do a very good job of negotiating and got rolled by an aggressive salesman.

Hey, I'm not saying HE'S gay. Just, well.... his car kind of is.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course.

I say this as someone who drives a Mazda Protege5--I like the car, but even I recognize that it's a little bit... well.... gay.

This is by far the "gayest" car:

I think the most "gay" car for a guy to drive would be the VW New Beetle. Tie for second place goes to the Scion xB and the Honda Element.

No, to me that's more of a "girly" car. "Gay" isn't the same as "feminine." The Mazda Miata used to be the gayest car, but it's been supplanted in my view by the Mini.

MRCBoiCGY started this whole thing--what's your opinion on the relative gayness of cars?

Ok, I've got a question. I just bought an '07 Subaru Legacy Spec B. There are only 500 for sale in Canada this year. Will this car tend to hold its value over the long haul compared to say a regular import or a high end car like MB, BMW, Ferrari, etc??

Wellll I think Honda Insights are gay (Green but gay) mainly b/c I know of 5 gay/les couples that drive them, plus the back wheel thing is reminscent of Citroens and we know how gay French cars are

Truthfully, any non-Beetle Volkswagen is Gay: esp Jettas, GTI's and that new EOS which my bf loves. There's something about Volkswagens that attract us folk.

I really like the Jetta.

Maybe I'm a "Car-Metrosexual."
