Who knows what will actually transpire but Conroy hasn’t really been doing much to make the team competitive so maybe vets are more willing to move

If everyone outside of Pittsburgh is trying to push…that makes it a good time to sell.
It’s not like there’s a lot left to trade, but it would be impactful.
Kadri, Coleman, Backlund…
If they were ever going to be okay with finishing low, the 2026 and 2027 drafts look like the time to take that swing.

When it comes to fans in the building and rebuild...being the cap floor team makes up for that anyways.
19,000 is max capacity
16,000 is probably about the low end historically and what you'd likely see if they are really bad.
3000 x 41 x $150 = $18.5M
Right now the difference between the ceiling where the Flames usually were spending is $95.5M and the floor is $71M.
Edwards and the owners spent about $20M under the floor last season, and likely will again this season.
