Default Cheap place to fix broken car door lock?

The rear passenger door lock is broken on my pos 07 focus. I have power locks and while they 3 other locks work, this one won't respond. I can't force the manual lock to work either as it seems to be stuck or something. Unfortunately it broke while being stuck in the unlocked position so I should probably get it fixed pretty soon. Anyone know of any where that is good and won't clean out my wallet?

Might it still be covered by warranty? Depending on how it broke, of course. If it was stuffing a drunk stripper into your back window... then I'm not sure.
