bbq season!!!

There's nothing I love more than making a nice meal on the barbeque. I've used it probably four of the last five nights: some fish, some chicken, some acorn squash, some franks... Anybody else an avid griller? What kind of grill do you have? What are some of your favorite recipes? Me, I've got one of the Weber Qs: it's small enough to fit in the back of the car for when we go on roadtrips, but large enough to still cook a serious meal on.

I just have an old piece of crap gas BBQ, use it year round. You just have to let it warm up a little longer when it's -20 out there.

I'm a BBQ nut myself. Year round for me.

I have a Broil King Regal 4 BBQ, which is being replaced this year. I'm not sure with what though. I used to work in a BBQ store, so I'm pretty picky about my BBQ's.

My favourite besides the obvious steak, is to cut up onion, mushrooms, red and green peppers and asparagus and marinade them all day in cheap Italian dressing. Heat up the grill and get a BBQ Wok and cook 'em over some soaked wood chips like hickory or mesquite.
