Check out this AHL.com article on the Heat's early success in the AHL this season. It makes me smile knowing its the young Heat players leading them to victory on the farm squad. Fans of Calgary often complain their team is too old, will they rest better knowing that the Abbotsford Heat are the youngest team in the AHL? Seems to me that a successful young team at the minor level is good news for the future of our major team.
