To Atlanta:
Prospect D Shawn Lalonde
To Washington:
2012 2nd (Washington's)
Lalonde is a Chicago pick and is currently playing for the AHL team in Rockford. Hawks are pretty high on him and feel he could challenge to make the team as early as next year.
2nd's are always good but this one was 2 years away, so 4-5 years away from the player getting chose with that having a respectable rating. Washington was going to flip the pick in another deal so we were helping them out as well.
