Weekly and monthly awards rule change
In keeping with the spirit of what the award is truly for, going forward from this PoM and the week 4 PoW, unsung hero nominations must have an OV rating of 65 or less to be eligible.
I understand in previous seasons it may have been 64, however, with the new sim many players have had an increase of 1 in OV ratings, so I've added that to the rating.
