[Bend it like Bourgeois]

I've been attepmting to use the 'try before you buy' demo, but I always get an error that the .sw (?) file is not in the right directory so it will not run. I believe it is actually a softwrap issue, not EHM.

Thing is - I can't copy it to the directory it speaks of (USers/documents/EHMblahblahblah/) and can't cut and paste the direcory from the error message.

I also can't seem to get access to the forums on their site (registration doesn't work) and can't find anything online to help. I even tried to download and install it at work (purely for research purposes) and see what i could learn. Same problem.

I'm stumped.

Any EHM gurus out there?

Which file is missing and where is it trying to find it from?

you might try Fhockey and post in the forums. You will get an anwser right away

the file is hm1.sw. It exists in the directory where EHM is installed, but the error message says it wants it in another directory - USers\Softwrap\EHMEUROPEUSD1\ or something like that. That directory does not exist.

Thanks for the suggestions. I got into the EHM boards finally, but no response there or on fhockey.
