Wanted to let you guys know what an incredible concert this guy puts on in case you've got nothing to do on the 31st. I barely knew who this guy was (I only knew about 1 song) and only went to the show because an extra ticket was available. I have seen more than 150 concerts including many of the best so I know of what I speak, and his show at the Orpheum in Vancouver last Saturday was one of the best I've ever seen (even though he almost cancelled because of the flu.) The Orpheum in Vancouver is a gorgeous building and an acoustic gem(Home of the VSO) that was built in 1927 and seats 2700 people that sounded like 27,000 so the venue was part of what made it so great, but he is an absolute top notch axe man and his band is very tight. Go see him if you got the time. Even if it's just for all the eye candy.

The cowgirl to cowboy ratio was about 4 to one.

Plus, shades of Rob Niedermayer, I believe he dates Nikki Taylor who also appears in one of his videos.

Maybe she'll be in the crowd!!

I saw Keith Urban a couple of years ago, and yeah, he can play guiltar like he's from another planet. Very impressive. He did a couple of AC/DC songs at the show I was at.

I was at the show tonight and he was really great. He spent a lot of time talking to the audience and he played "Free Falling" and "Beautiful Day". Very personable and invited a couple people on stage as well as hugging a young girl who's birthday it was.

Agreed that he is unreal at guitar, at one point he walked around the entire "rink" and was getting groped by all these crazy women and he continued playing mistake free the entire time. It was pretty incredible.

If he comes back I recommend checking him out, even if your not the biggest country fan he has a lot of songs that could be classified in several genres and are pretty fun to listen to.
