In other news, I gots a question. Since conservatives are traditionally against the government buggering around in the lives of the citizenshippery, why are they trying to bugger around in the lives of the citizenshippery?

Lately it seems they want to have a hand in who marries who, who dies when, who humps who, who prays to who and where who does the praying, who gets to pray to who in who's school, all kinds of stuff.

Seriously, the two parties have gone bonkers.

Get this, Sam Brownback, a Republican senator from Kansas is considering running for President in 2008. If you guys think Bush is a religious right freak.....start running if this guy gets elected (he won't).

On Friday, Kansans get to vote on an ammendment to the state constituion banning gay marriage (and other marriages as well). Should be interesting to see the results. I've made my decision.
