Pumpkin Cartoon Characters?

Can anyone think of Pumpkin themed cartoon characters? The only one I can think of is from The Nightmare Before Christmas . . . can't even remember if Jack was a skeleton head or pumpkin head . . .

Doing a project for a contest at work . . . any help would be great cause I'm at a loss!!

Pics would be great if you can think of any!!

I did do that search but what I am looking for is well known characters not just cartoon images of pumpkins.

I always thought the Scarcrow from batman looked pumpkinesque.

Right off the top of my head, Sam Hain comes to mind.



He was the equivalent of a 'supervillain' during the days of The Real Ghostbusters cartoon, a pumpkin-headed demon that caused real havoc for the 'busters on a couple different Halloweens. His name is obviously a derivative of the gaelic festival Samhain (don't ask me how to pronounce it, it's not pronouced as it looks), which is the equivalent of All Hallow's Eve in the celtic highlands.

I can't think of any other cartoon character with physical pumpkin traits, although indirectly related are the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow and Jack Skellington, The Pumpkin King.

Wow, you said the exact same three I was thinking of but I didn't think anyone else would know. (Well other than the headless horseman, I thought that one would have come up sooner even though he's not really a comics character)

Also, although not a comic character as far as I know, there is Jack Pumpkinhead from the Land of Oz books by L. Frank Baum (follow up to the Original Wizard of Oz)
