What would happen if...
you drank alcohol in excess, while taking Cialis? This is the thing that stands out in the commercial that I wonder about.

Do not drink too much alcohol when taking CIALIS (for example, 5 glasses of wine or 5 shots of whiskey). Drinking too much alcohol can increase your chances of getting a headache or getting dizzy, increasing your heart rate, or lowering your blood pressure.

I think they should advertise to give your date the alcohol when taking Cialis.

If you drink too much alcohol and take Cialis, they cannot be held responsible for the ugly old beast you may wake up next to.
It's a CYA thing.

I always take a cialis when I drink. 3-4 beer with a cialis is like drinking 14 beer. You get drunk very easy. Its awesome and super cheap for the bar. and no whisky d**k...

I have a buddy who works on luxury yachts around the Caribbean. He told me that this summer, 3 rich guys from NY rented the yacht for a week and brought along a few pricey call girls. These guys were planning to drink hard and ____ hard, so they brought a big bag of Cialis (or one of the other brands) along.
Apparently one of the guys was trashed on the first day and popped a few pills. 30 minutes later, he proceeded to projectile poo through his shorts and all over the deck of the boat. No warning ... just a sudden stomach cramp .. then explosion.
Anecdotal yes ... but terrified me enough to never even think about trying it.

nah, Ive taken 2 Cialis at once, many times. Cialis usually takes about 5-10 hours to work. But booze just effects you quicker, you cant drink as much after you have taken a pill.
Ive been told Viagra is painful to use, and only lasts hours. Where as Cialis usually works for about 2-3 days.
After 3 days you will have a sore lower back for a couple days, its just a side effect of the pill.
Also you can not eat grapefruit while on the pill. That can make you very ill.

"Substantial consumption of ethanol may increase the risk of hypotension and orthostasis. Lower ethanol consumption has not been associated with significant changes in blood pressure or increase in orthostatic symptoms."
On a side note grapefruite juice, specifically, may increase the serum levels/toicity of Tadalafil (Cialis). Manufacturer does not stipulate quantity of juice needed.
In short, don't pound back a case of beer. It's there to cover their butts in case someone tries to sue them. So if you are having a good night and you get up and feel dizzy/pass out, it probably was Cialis + too much booze.

Ive seen one or two poor guys who had a joke played on them at a bar where about 4 or 5 drinks in someone has ground up a half a Cialis/Viagra and put it in their drink only to have them walk around with a hammer for most of the night and try to hide it.
