Default Images on CP broken?
Anything loading from simplecdn.net seems to be broken. Did my daughter somehow manage to selectively block images in Chrome or is the hosting borked?

I'm not seeing any problems with images from there, but it does happen from time to time as the adjust their network; they've had some going pains.

I just checked my wife's laptop and everything is fine.

My daughter was playing with my computer earlier and may have inadvertently changed something.

Could be, blocked the domain or something like you suggested, or the laptop could have the images cached as well.
