He's got stuff in there trashing McIver and Higgins as well, and not just the one article either....Bob's just a whiner.

Nenshi has a serious chance of winning. He was the only unknown going into this election and his polling is up almost 275% since his campaign began. People are taking to him.

^ As long as McIver doesn't win, I'm happy.

Obviously not a poll, but an indication on some level of his momentum.

That's right. McIver voter myself, but Nenshi is really getting his face known and is probably a dark horse if not part of a 3 man race. He's doing a great job getting lots of the minor groups interested and is starting to impact the main voting group as well.
As for the Facebook pages, Hawkesworth is running out of options. I'm surprised Nenshi decided to talk about it though. It's not like discrediting a minor candidate will help too much (in my opinion).

“If Naheed Nenshi has no intention of privatizing ENMAX, why did he name a price?”
“I will not privatize ENMAX now or in the future. The utility’s equity is valued at nearly $2-billion..."

I can't remember any politician ruining their own reputation through the way they conducted a campaign this poorly since Kim Campbell. In basically the last two months, he's gone from being a respected voice to being a laughing stock.

Last night on Global, I got the impression that Nenshi said he would sell Enmax if the price was right.
That leaves me with the question; what is his "right" price?

I was considering Nenshi, but then I just read he accused Hawkesworth of "U.S. style campaign tactics". I can't stand that kind of talk, since when is that tactic an American thing? I do not like when the U.S. is the whipping boy for anything negative about Canada. He lost a few points for that remark.

Hawkesworth was a Calgary alderman. He seems to be pushing hard on hurting Nemshi's campaign, which does not make a lot of sense to me.

Hawkesworth is an arrogant a$$, and his mind can't reconcile the fact that Calgarian's don't want him anywhere near the mayors chair. So he's lashing out.

Attack ads are one thing, but Hawkesworth has been blatantly misrepresenting what others have said (for all intents and purposes lying), which crosses the line IMO.
