It is about ~10pm there, night time!! Way scarier and more deadly IMHO, having been there....

IF there is one it will take ~4hr to reach Thailand, so ~2am.... interesting. All those people out sleeping in huts along the beach.... scary.

This could have an interesting spin from some religious groups. Big eathquake and tsunami a day after Christmas, a big eathquake and (tsunami?) a day after Easter.

Of course those same freaks will not mention the fact that there have been major earthquakes daily, and even hourly, in that region since December..... but what else is knew... :P

Claeren.
Not 2 earth quakes that large have ever been so close together.

From this story

http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/asiapcf/03/2...uake/index.html

Monday's event marked the first time in recorded seismic history -- more than a century -- that two quakes of such size have happened so close together, said Kerry Sieh, a geology professor at the California Institute of Technology.
