Here's what I need....

I listen to a 20GB Dell DJ all day at work. The requirements are that I be able to listen with one ear open. So, the headphones must be of the in-ear variety. I want something high quality. The pair I have are Sony and they are the most expensive set I could find anywhere...they cost around $40 US. I'm willing to pay more for better quality, but I can't find any.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Unfortunately they don't exactly fit the criteria. :P

I just bought a new pair of headphones and though they don't fit your criteria, I did learn that Koss makes some of the better top of the line headphones.

I usually use my crappy Curtis ones that came with my MP3 player just because the neckstrap is conveninent, but I have a pair of these and I like it a lot: Sennheiser MX500. Pretty decent stuff.

If you're looking to drop some major $$, you can opt for....

The Cadillac of earbuds, $150 US of Noise Cancelling goodness:
Sony MDR-NC11

I think I missed that part.

Still I suggest you get those for your home, they are awsome!!

And the best part is that they block out all outside sound.

I bought a pair of these to replace the stock earphones that came with my iPod... I love them http://www.sonystyle.ca/commerce/servlet/P...roductId=165588

They are very comfortable and have great sound. I got mine for about 20 bucks cheaper off of eCost but I can't find them there now.

Sennheiser PX-200.

Great headphones.

I own them. The fold up small and have incredible bass and mids for the size of the drivers.
